Please take the time to read our policies & code of conduct, these apply to all business we conduct.
What we need in order to successfully serve at your event: Minimum 38 inches of clearance to pass through any gate or doorway. Our stainless steel carts are just over 7.5 ft (92 inches) long. We will need about 8 by 10 feet to serve in. We are able to serve indoors, however we are not responsible for ensuring the building owner allows this. Any vendor fees, licenses, and permits of any kind are the responsibility of the contractee unless discussed prior to the event. We do not provide clean up for your party, we bring a trash can for our servers but are not responsible for trash removal.
The cart must be able to roll to the service location. Unfortunately, our stainless steel carts are too heavy to be picked up and carried and are also unable to go up or down stairs, tall curbs or steep inclines. Going through fine gravel or loose dirt can be difficult with the cart and may delay service start times and/ or acquire an additional fee as this is very taxing on our servers.
A 50% down payment is required in order to secure your date. We use the down payment to procure your product, schedule staff, and rent any additional party equipment, therefore we reserve the right to fully or partially refund down payments. The remainder of your payment must be made prior to or on the day of service. We are unable to guarantee a later date if your event is canceled due to weather (although we will try our best!).
Our servers reserve the right to terminate service if there are any unsafe, threatening or potentially dangerous circumstances. The contractee is responsible for any damages occurred before, after or during service.
Gratuities for excellent service are always welcomed but never expected.
We are unable to allow you or your guests to utilize our cart due to food safety and insurance liabilities. Only our experienced servers licensed to operate our carts can operate the carts through the duration of service and setup. Our carts use propane and can be potentially dangerous if used incorrectly (don’t worry we’re pros!).
Since Arizona summers are so warm, from June- September we may limit service times to 2 hours or less for the safety of our employees. We will need at least 2 service staff and must be able to access our parked vehicles easily. We are not able to serve outdoors in dust storms, high wind, or rainy weather.
